Exchange and refunds must be made within 5 days of purchase. For a full refund or exchange items must be returned in a saleable condition with receipt. By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn't been opened or used, is still in its original packaging.

Faulty merchandise must be reported within 3 days with packaging and receipt.

No refund or exchange will be permitted without receipt and complete packaging.
